- How confident are you about making a presentation?
- Does the idea of speaking in public make you feel slightly queasy?
- Are you able to promote your business, your talent, and your ideas?
- Do you have the skill to create an interesting, informative and influential presentation using PowerPoint?
- What are the top tips for excellent presentations – and how can I avoid the most common pitfalls?
- Would you be happy to give a radio interview? What about television or video?
This workshop will offer you step by step support in creating and delivering effective presentations. We will look at ways of building confidence in public speaking and how you can overcome nervousness using some simple ‘tools’ and start to enjoy these opportunities.
We will look at the theory behind good presentations with opportunities to put that into practice. Work will include public speaking, how to research, prepare and deliver a structures presentation, techniques to engage and manage an audience plus the opportunity to practice the skills required by radio and video!
This training workshop is ideal for people who are currently nervous or inexperienced but equally relevant for those who want to further develop their skills.
There will also be an opportunity for 1:1 follow up meetings if required.
