This is a great opportunity to join culinary nutrition & health educator Sharlene Belusevic in learning how to cook a vast array of health enhancing, vegan wholefoods. Designed to celebrate the benefits of a plant-based diet & empower you with the skills & knowledge so you can transform your health & well-being.
Throughout the course you will be learning the healing qualities of ingredients & how these can be used to create maximum health benefits.
Learning over 30 recipes, you’ll discover how to make healthy foods taste delicious & understand how you can use different seasonings, flavours &cooking styles to align with the seasons.
We’ll take a look at how food can influence & affect holistically including emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically and energetically. I will also be guiding you to explore your relationship with food & health so you can find ways in which you can fully embrace & integrate what you learn.
This course aims to offer you a fresh & alternative perspective on health & well-being rooted in ancient wisdom & combined with modern day nutrition. It is an excellent place to start if you are interested in making healthier diet and lifestyle choices.
There will be a blend of theory, demonstrations & hands on cooking with ample opportunity for questions & sharing.
Each class has a different theme & will finish with us sitting down to share & enjoy the delicious food we prepared.

Week 1 (30th April) – Introduction & the wonders of wholefoods & wholegrains
Week 2 (7th May) – Power packed plant proteins
Week 3 (14th May) – Veggie (land & sea) heaven
Week 4 (21st May) – Sweet tooth satisfaction – delicious dairy & sugar free desserts
Week 5 (28th May) – Meals in minutes & snacks
Week 6 (4th June) – Pure plant pleasure – cooking for others & celebrations
The course will be every Saturday from 10-1pm with lunch afterwards and held in the Truly Wholesome kitchen located in Werrington, Peterborough.
Details:
Cost is: £210 early bird booking (if booked before 1st April 2016) (£75 deposit to secure your space)
£240 if booked after 1st April
The number of participants is limited to 8 to ensure that sufficient attention can be given to the group and individuals so please book early to secure your place.
